Refund Policy
We offer an unconditional 30 day refund policy on all of the products found on SpecVIP.ca. No refunds will be granted after 30 days from the first purchase date of each product. If you have previously received a refund for a specific digital product and purchase it again at a later time, the new purchase for the same digital product will not qualify for the 30 day refund period. Please note that by purchasing any product on our website, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy. Please see below for our online course refund policy.
Online Course Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy for any and all of our online courses prior to the course being complete. Once the course has been completed or a certificate generated we are no longer able to offer a refund even if it is within the 30-day refund policy.
Chargebacks
Customers should contact us first regarding requests for refunds or inquire about unrecognized charges before issuing a chargeback request with their bank. We reserve our right to dispute chargebacks if the charge is not fraudulent and no communication from the customer is evident.
Transactional Emails
SpecVIP Protection Group Inc. may on occasion send you email notifications related to your purchase. These transactional emails may include notification of account information, changes, and changes to our terms and conditions, and other transactional emails related to your purchase.
Price Changes
SpecVIP Protection Group Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a product with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
In-Person Course and Online Event Refunds
Requests for refunds of the registration fee for In-Person courses booked and paid for through the website must be received no later than ten calendar days before the start of an in-person course or event and five business days before the start of an online event. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Registration fees are nontransferable.
No shows will not be refunded.
Space Is Limited: Register Early!
Registrations for In-Person courses are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are only held once payment is completed and confirmed.
Payment
Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before the start date of the course, event or activity. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment.
Event Cancellation
SpecVIP Protection Group Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond the control of SpecVIP. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.
Facilitators, Instructors & Training Staff
SpecVIP Protection Group Inc. reserves the right to substitute event facilitators, instructors, and training staff in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. The substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for a refund.
Certificate of Completion
SpecVIP Protection Group Inc. provides a certificate of completion for certain courses, provided participants meet all the necessary objectives. Not all courses, workshops or events will incur a certificate for the participants.
Participant Records Privacy
In signing up for a SpecVIP Protection Group professional development event, SpecVIP requires you to provide a certain amount of your personal info. Your privacy is very important to us. SpecVIP’s Privacy Policy specifically details what information we collect and how it is used. If you are interested in learning more about how your personal data is used, please contact us.
Acceptance & Revocation
By purchasing our product(s) and services you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.
SpecVIP Protection Group Inc. reserves the right to prevent, suspend, or terminate your registration and/or access to the Website without refund if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed according to the laws of the Province of Alberta in the country of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Edmonton, Alberta and the parties agree to the personal jurisdiction of said courts. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and SpecVIP with respect to and governing your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
